The main changes are summarised below.
Quality culture and ethical behaviour to be promoted by top management and everyone to be made aware.(inc sub-contractors)
Risk and opportunity separated, opportunities to be actioned.
Managing QMS changes. Inform about changes, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of changes. (changes in the QMS, not minor document changes)
Annex A now gives further details on all clauses, not just selected areas as previous.
